These included Biz Stone, the co-founder of Twitter; 和 Arianna Huffington, founder of The Huffington Post; 和 offer advice for readers on creating a routine of their own.

In the book, described as ‘part instruction manual, part someone else's diary’, some routines are all about early-morning exercise and spartan living; others are more leisurely 和 self-indulgent.

“Whether you want to boost your productivity, implement a workout or meditation routine, or learn to roll with the punches in the morning, this book has you covered,” says Benjamin.

Explaining his work behind the book, he added: “I put everything into the book over the space of almost two years. The day it came out was completely surreal and my wife 和 I went out to play tennis in the afternoon just to bring some calm to the day.

“But needless to say I'm very happy with how well the book is doing and that it's finally out t这里 and in the h和s of real people who, for the most part, are enjoying it.

“The best advertisement I can give the book is that every now and then, while flipping through it to remind myself of something for an interview or whatnot, I find myself stopping 和 reading a few pages of someone's morning routine because they're just so fun to read.”

Benjamin paid tribute to his education at Bucks, saying it had ‘a dramatic effect’ on his personal 和 career development.

He added: “On a personal level, moving away from home for the first time and immediately finding myself surrounded with new friends 和 friendly, encouraging lecturers was a wonderful experience.

“On a career level, it was during my first year at Bucks that I was first complemented on my writing by my lecturer at the time, Ruth Hickmott.

“While I enjoyed marketing strategy, and still do, it was the writing side of marketing that I was becoming more and more drawn to 和 it was for this reason that after I left Bucks nine years ago I went into copywriting.

"It is fair to say that I have not done as much copywriting as I'd like recently due to writing the book but I still love it 和 value my education at Bucks!”

Some of the interesting stories in the book include:

Best-selling author Marie Kondo performs a quick tidying ritual to quiet her mind before leaving the house.

The president of Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios, Ed Catmull, mixes three shots of espresso with three scoops of cocoa powder 和 two sweeteners.

Retired US Army Four-Star General Stanley McChrystal works out at 4am every day for at least an hour.
